Is there wisdom in my madness?

Could someone tell me the physiological implications behind my reasoning of needing to brush my teeth before a phone interview? Back later for London updates insha'allah :)

  1. May be you were 'absent-minded' and thought you were talking to the person 'face-to-face' and therefore the need for 'fresh-air'. Only to realise that you were talking on the phone. Hehehe.

  2. Salam sis,

    (1) cos we feel better?
    (2) cos we feel more confident knowing that we're reduced the likelihood of something getting stuck in between em?
    (3) cos we can speak more if we feel our breath smells minty fresh?
    (4) so that we could spend that few extra minutes looking into the mirror psyching ourselves up?
    (5) cos our parents taught us well?

whenever my nose is blocked, i'd brush my teeth. even brought a toothbrush and toothpaste to school a few times. clears my sinuses and i feel so fresh and alive afterwards.

    all the best Ameena!

  4. Nope you are a psycho: D But the Prophet S.A.W said to use siwaak is ALWAYS good so maybe there is reward for you for taking care of Allah's (S.W.T) creation?

  6. Because it makes you feel better and when you feel good about yourself you are more coherent in your thoughts and thinking...what a lot of rubbish. In your case is simply madness and I've told you before it does not matter we still love you. Don't you dare change

  7. Assalaamu Alaykum,

Don't listen to them! :) It makes you feel better, ready and raring to go! That's it! Even if it's a phone interview, you need to be prepared within yourself!

Please feel free to leave your comments, baring in mind that I dont have to accept them if they show ignorance, hatred or racism.. but I generally accept them all because what free country do we live in if you cant express yourself through my blogs?
